Aligned Wellness

Aligned Wellness is a home-based practice where I, Jordan Belanger, offer Manual Osteopathic Therapy (MOT). I believe the body has an innate ability to heal when its systems are in balance. Through gentle, hands-on techniques, I support your structure, calm your nervous system, and encourage functional alignment from within.

At your initial appointment, we’ll begin with a conversation about your concerns, followed by a whole-body assessment to guide your treatment plan. Each session is customized to your needs while considering the body as an interconnected whole. Together, we’ll move through assessment and treatment, listening to what your body needs to restore balance and function.

If you’re unsure whether treatment is right for you or your child, you’re welcome to email me at aligned.mot@gmail.com or book a complimentary phone consultation.

Direct billing is available for most major insurance companies for treatments that can be billed under Massage Therapy as well as Manual Osteopathic Therapy. If you are unsure if your insurance company allows for direct billing , please email me to confirm. Canada Life now accepts Osteopathy claims from me.

Please note: I do have cats in my home. They are not allowed in the treatment room, and multiple air purifiers run throughout the house. The cats may briefly greet you at the door, but they’ll quickly leave us to focus on your session.

A valid credit card is required to reserve appointments online. This helps prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows, ensuring availability for all clients. Your card will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy or after your treatment. All information is stored securely through Janeapp’s encrypted system. If you are not comfortable having your credit card on file and would like to book in, please contact Jordan directly - (780)-257-3134

I graduated from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada, both with Honours with Distinction. I am also a Teaching Assistant and Instructor at the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada.

I became an RMT and Manual Osteopathic Therapist because I am passionate about helping others. I have always wanted a career where I could make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and help them feel their best. Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathic Therapy have given me the opportunity to do exactly that.

I provide treatment for individuals of all ages, from infants to adults. Some of my favourite clients to work with include infants and children, individuals living with Fibromyalgia, those recovering from motor vehicle accidents, people who have experienced concussions or head trauma, and individuals with Lipedema and Lymphedema.

Having experienced multiple concussions and sports-related injuries throughout my life, I have seen firsthand how effective Manual Osteopathic Therapy can be in supporting recovery. My own experiences have given me a deep understanding of the challenges that injuries can bring and the importance of helping the body heal and function at its best. I create individualized, client-centred treatment plans designed to help you move better, feel better, and improve your overall quality of life.

In addition to my formal education, I am a Certified Lymphedema Therapist with advanced training in Lymph Drainage Therapy. I have also completed extensive continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional Release, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, NeuroEmbryological Release of Ligaments, and the treatment of chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Multiple Sclerosis. I am passionate about lifelong learning and continually pursue advanced education to better support my clients.

As a Manual Osteopathic Therapist, I focus on identifying and addressing the root cause of your symptoms by helping create balance within the body so it can function optimally. Treatment may include Visceral Manipulation to address restrictions within the organs, Osteoarticulations for the bones and joints, CranioSacral Therapy for the skull, pelvis, and central nervous system, Advanced Myofascial Remodelling for the fascia and connective tissue, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy to support the lymphatic system.

I can’t wait to meet you and look forward to supporting you on your healing journey.
